- VBSC Club House Rules
- All the players are requested to be 10 minutes before the play and help to set up the nets and be prepared.
- Please come with appropriate sportswear and non-marking shoes
- Change of clothes and shoes is only allowed in the dressing room.
- The first 20 minutes are warmup and free play.
- Respect the rules of badminton
- Stay outside the courts when not playing and walking.
Format of the play
- Every slot is 20 minutes
- The first 20 minutes of the play are warmup and free play.
- After 20 minutes the first slot starts.
First three slots:
- Mixed play by taking the random cards
- Treat everyone with respect for the individual and level.
- Play with other players, play sporty, do your best, and stay positive
Remaining slots:
- Free play

Membership Regulations
- Level differences should not detract from sportsmanship, we are a friendly club please understand the importance of fair play and enjoy the game.
- If any concerns please feel to share them and we will try to improve.
- Everything every time does not go as we plan and expect, please bare sometimes, we learn and adapt
- Kids are not allowed inside the sporthal during the adults play.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the court areas except water.
Subscription:
Remember to subscribe or pay for the additional day of the play.
*If he/she is not able to play for a day subscribed it cannot be compensated by swapping the day.
*Players have to pay €5 for swapping the day.
*Players have to pay €6.50 for any extra Adhoc play(ed).
Competition Regulations:
| During the Competition period of the Season is September-February, the formed teams play their home & away matches in their corresponding league of the Bondscompetitie of Badminton Nederland |
| Every competition player should be subscribed for VBSC full membership (2 days for the season) |
| The player must train minimum of one day with the formed team |
| The player should be available for more than 60 % of matches, Last minute cancellation is not accepted. |
| The player should play competitive matches in Club Jersey |
| The player should be on time or 15 minutes before the competition matches |
| HOME matches are always on Sunday and are played at Atalanta Sportshal from 11:00 -13:30 Hrs. For home matches please be present 15- 30 minutes before setting up the courts. After your match, make sure to clean up the nets. The team captain will give handle the shuttles for the home matches. |
| Player should contribute €75 for the competition fee & home game shuttles. |
| Players should use their own feather shuttles for training. |
| The team captain will lead the planning of away & home games. |

Notice to all types
Membership
- If the players are not coming for their own reasons, no refund is made.
- If some days of play need to be canceled by natural causes, no refund is made.
- If the court’s reservations are canceled for any reason they will adjust to playing on another day of that week or will be compensated.
- Venues will be Atlanta and Kempen Campus unless something changes.
Liability
- The organizer is not liable for any losses, accidents, or damages, irrespective of which cause. For participants and accompanying persons taking part in the play, participation in the events is at their own risk.
- Any dispute about payment and participation shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the registered sports associations.
Methods of payment
- Payment of membership fees in Euros (€) must accompany all registration forms.
- No registration will be confirmed until payment is received

General guidelines on membership
- It is not possible to change or swap selected membership days
- Membership cannot be swapped
- No refund on membership cancellation.
