If the players are not coming for their own reasons, no refund is made.
If some days of play need to be cancelled by natural causes, no refund is made.
If court’s reservations cancelled for any reason it will adjusted to play on other day of that week or will be compensated.
Venues will be Atlanta and DenEkkerman unless something changes.

The organizer is not liable for any losses, accidents, or damages, irrespective of which cause. For participants and accompanying persons taking part in the play, participation in the events is at their own risk.
Any dispute about payment and participation shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of registered sports association.

Payment of membership fees in Euros (€) must accompany all registration forms.
No registration will be confirmed until payment is received

Cancellations must be made in writing form only. As per the government norms*(*WIP)
In case of a cancellation (for a valid reason) before six months of membership 25% will be refunded. Thereafter no refund will be made.
No refund for the quarterly and monthly membership.
